It has become extremely formulaic. They use the same script every time. Notice that same kind of spooky/creepy background music soon as Rogan and Goldberg begin to talk of the first fight. I mean it is almost like a scripted play.
Then they spend half the time pitching the next card while a particular fight is going on cause its BORING.

(what a rip off) talk about THIS fight.
It's way more like professional wrestling than pro boxing. Pro boxing was at least pretty straight up. Lots of hype and bullshit with mma. The fights are real but all that surrounds them comes off as hype. I do think Joe Rogan is fun to listen to tho.
The last fight with Couture against the boxer. That was a joke. The whole shabang comes off as hype and phoney balogne.
Also, at least with boxing either someone gets KO'd or it goes the distance. At least then you know you will get something for your money.
With UFC a heel hook or quick choke and its over. Plus in a good matched fight they usually dance for the first round till the boos start.
Its all getting more and more lame as time goes on.
And also, this card tonight is a total joke. The 2 main events are hardly worth $40 to the ave Joe.
And Bruce Buffer Watch him in the background as the fighters walk in and get to the ring. He is like doing stretches and jaw exercises. OK he is good. But he is a bit over the top. But that's ok. Best part of the fights is Buffer announcing. Great hype.
