What do you think the outcome would be if the situation were reversed and the boys parents went to the girls house pretending to be FBI and pretended to arrest her , and lectured her, while swearing at her handcuffed.
We both know the parents would be arrested at the least and most likely dead.
spare me the " don't see how this cop did anything wrong" sob story.. he is a cop , conducting private business under false pretenses, he broke numerous laws.
Do you know what false imprisonment is ? try handcuffing the local 7-11 clerk if you dont know and you will find out.
