LOL From the video you can tell the dude was just trying to set the kid straight - he's right, a 14 year old girl shouldn't be having sex.
Don't see how this cop did anything wrong, it seems like the parents are saying 'He came in to arrest my son and he didn't. I want him arrested. I'm suing.'
The guy could have just walked the kid out to his car and booked him on the underage thing and he would have had the right completely to be in the house arresting him and all that. So these parents are complaining that their son wasn't arrested? Fucking idiots!
