Probably not, because, presumably, she's the "victim" ... crazy stuff!
But then the laws governing what people can consensually do have become downright draconian (some people doing more time for growing cannabis than 1st degree murderers) over the past 30 years. Not to say there weren't such laws before, but there wasn't the zero-tolerance stuff there is now; teen sex, talking the U.S., was frowned upon, but it was a family matter that was handled outside of law enforcement ... ie. "gunshot weddings".
