No, by VISA regulations they can't do it unless they reconfigure things and create a new company. And after that, every Epass former client would need to sign a release form for funds authorizing this new company to handle previous business, which I think is extremely unlikely. And on top of that, if the real scoop is what I think, I'm pretty sure SKNANB won't want to touch anything related to Epassporte even with a 100 ft pole

So the short answer is NO.
