Unless the money is hidden in a mattress in a hole in a cave next to Bin Laden himself, the idea that you cannot go after offshore banks is ridiculous. All of them. People that somehow think being "offshore" in tax havens under obscure corporate identities is somehow going to protect them are just fooling themselves and probably just not familiar with the reality of the situation.
