I would agree with you, all people have certain things which they have feelings about. This was out of place and I am sure she has a nice ride with ac to sit in to breast feed.
I wouldn't expect her to go into the filthy bathroom, her car is a better place or she could have possibly covered the child up with a small blanket instead of showing the entire restaurant...if ya know what I mean.
