Dude, people are pissed because of the settlement (if it is). It not going to solve anything. They need to take the site down. Don't you see why people are mad? A settlement doesn't imply they will clean up. Last time I check PH is still same old.
Your contents on tube are not the biggest problem. The biggest problem is as long as these tube exist, it will give the impression to other people that they can just open up an illegal tube without needing to worry.
You need to freak the shit out of them to stop producing tube. You need to choke PH to give a message to the rest to clean up their act and other from converting their mgp/tgp to illegal tube.

A settlement is EXACTLY what should happen. Over and over and over again. And if it does happen it's because Fabian/Nathan's attorney are telling him the facts...he is going to LOSE if it goes to court and it will cost more than settling out of court.
PornHub will either clean up their act or get drilled over and over and over again by all of us who grab a lawyer and go after them.
That was my point. I wasn't reacting to Allison's response based on their attorney wanting to make sure that it's publicly acknowledged that Pink Visual did not leak anything from the negotiations.
