I look at it this way; if you have no problem whipping your tit out in public, then you should have no problem with a stranger taking a shot of you. It may not be right and in this day and age, I am sure she was aware of people starring at her and the chance of having a picture taken.

On another note, if my wife was breastfeeding and it bothered me that much, my wife would not be breast feeding in a public restaurant and if it was that necessary, she could find another spot to do it, instead of in front everyone in the establishment....

And I don't think it would be illegal to take any snaps of her, as she is in a public place ;)
