thats latin.. but pretty heavy slang.
i took a lot of latin, but so much of it depends upon the context in which it is written.. and often poetry or song lyrics are so grammatically incorrect that even the brightest scholars will debate for days over whether two particular words mean "fuck you" or "you're fucked"...
