college does open up doors, youre right but so does reading a book on how to build a house. same can be said about shows on the discovery channel. this got completely off topic from my original question if this was someone's full time job or not but let me ask you, and be honest, how much of your degree do you actually use now (assuming you have been out for a while and not a few years)? did your degree teach you how to build a server? did your degree teach you how to shoot videos, stills or put together a webpage? did college teach you what to do if your entire network goes down? i am not quite sure what you do so i am just making a generalization. i'm sure you know what i mean
