Since it happened suddenly they can't change the code rapidly. Probably there are not even any programmers at the moment.
I'm not defending Epass here, just explaining how this could happen from a programmer's point of view.

I am thinking same thing and the same for the statement, I have contacted Tech to see if if its possible to bring back the page where statements could be generated but I do not know where the data is stored.
