I looked a bit more into this to potentially help someone.

Firefox: Apparently does NOT usually cache ssl by default to disk (but it is unclear)
Maybe try this to give it a shot: https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/2489/

IE 7 + 8: Apparently DOES cache it.

Chrome: Appears not to cache SSL (see link above)

It appears if you used IE recently to view it you stand a puncher's chance of getting it.
