Three weeks later after failed attempts to pick it up, they say they need some other form from the doctor because no generics are available. Done. Past two weeks I'm on the phone with them today and they say "we need another form filled out and we will fax it to their office tomorrow"

REALLY? Meanwhile they said for me to just buy the Rx and I can submit a claim but (and this is what the lady told me) it wont go through and I wont get my money back because it was not authorized at the time.

Fucks sake, this is ridiculous and I have to sit and wait because I can't even buy the Rx anymore because it was past the 10 days to pick it up
