I've bought from quite a few now, and the quality differences are huge. I'm feeding a TGP, though, so traffic that performs outstandingly in TGP terms might still be worthless to many of you guys.
The two I've been happiest with so far are Adult Traders and Choker, but a few others also deliver OK traffic.
I don't think it would be worth it to try to feed traffic from any of the sources I've bought from directly to a paysite. I've done a couple of experiments with traffic to a landing page with various sponsor ads and links out, and while I'll certainly consider it again it wasn't exactly a resounding success in terms of signups (which I'm sure speaks to my advertizing skills just as much as the traffic quality ;) ).
Guess whether or not it is worth it depends on how skilled you are at filtering traffic, and where you want to deliver it.
