You don't know me...you haven't shown that you have ever even hired a lawyer...you haven't shown that you own any content or have had to deal with pirate sites on a daily basis.

How about this...wait and see what happens. Instead of coming on a forum that is SUPPOSED to be adult industry and cheerleading for thieves while you piss off guys like me who are fighting for our very livelihood, how about you just wait and see what happens?
In my OPINION....TNA Flix will settle. You can THINK whatever you want and have your opinion that is based on nothing but your love of thieves...but I'm going to stick with what attorneys are telling me and the prevailing shift of the courts over the last few months.
If you can't see that FINALLY the thieves are getting their asses handed to them...then you just keep on thinking that being in foreign country is going to save them from copyright infringement.
One way or another they will pay...either in settlement, in court, or with their traffic being blocked. And I'm pretty sure that settling is going to be the cheapest alternative.
Again FBomb: READ THIS...Yes, they could FOOLISHLY say "fuck you" to the courts ruling. But if they get their traffic turned off, or their hosting company gets pulled in and gets it's pipeline shut down, or they lose the ability to process money (they are charging for "memberships" to download shit they stole!), or a hundred other bad consequences that can happen...they will wish to God they had complied.
That's why I think they will settle. It's the best, easiest, cheapest way for them to continue to make money for at least a little while...because the day is coming fast when all these sites are getting drilled. Guess you didn't keep up on the big international treaty that is being signed by countries around the world. When that gets done...places like Pirate Bay will only be viewable in a handful of small countries. TNA Flix will be right there with them.
But keep cheering for thieves. It really makes you look like a jack ass.
