In case you haven't been paying attention, the courts are just NOW starting to realize what file sharing, torrents, illegit tubes, etc. are doing. That's why rulings are starting to come in one at a time.

You're also missing that they are going after the USERS of the site as well. That is easy money and a big deterrent in the future.

So TNA Flix can either settle or go to court for a nice long expensive battle that they will lose. And as judges and courts and the legal system in general are getting more "tech savvy", just watch what happens.
