I wonder if she is reffering to Adolf Hitlers Essen, Party Convention speech where he is talking about the theological foundations of communist communities and the impact on Christians and Christian institutions to support political order. I hate to say it but if that's the specifics she is talking about then she would be correct, because it does go deeper than the French 1905 Law.
