Saying there is a new user registered.

I just tried a test sign-up to check members were working properly. and now I'm getting a new email every 30 seconds.

I even deleted the user and it's still going on

Might have to try going into mysql and making sure it's removed properly.

Any other ideas? don't want to mark it as spam because them I will never know when anyone joins
