So I found some info on this guy from xbiz forum. The guy is Dutch and not anywhere near US jurisdiction.

Peter Taks is quite obviously in charge of both of empflix and moviefap (hiding behind letter box companies and behind several teens working as straw men for him. Now he's ripping off the adult industry after he had severely failed while he was ripping off the music industry. Well, perhaps the adult industry will now send him some pretty more unfriendly people than the music industry did?
