now we are talking.. i told you clowns that you should litigate 2 years ago and everyone cried with this excuse and that excuse...
nice to see people are finally taking action..
litigation is the way to stop the tubes in their tracks..
if enough people litigate, only the tubes with purchased content will survive, which isnt many...
the next step will be for content owners to stop doing deals with manwin and make them buy their content...
buying content plus b/w costs is a losing proposition for tubes because they will constantly need to update content to stay fresh which i dont think works out economically for tubes...
