Cohen made millions with it. Only profit. At the time most traffic was US and looking for porn and ready to pay for it. Kremen is a dreamer and try to go away from what worked to create ppc engine which was a joke when a lot of you traffic starts becoming more and more pakistani, indian, turkish, russian, chinese, korean traffic as they come online and still have only about 100k-150k hits per day. He then started buying shit traffic to have more to sell which made it worse. The new guys were just dumb and naive. The traffic of that domain today is 90% garbage with kids all over the world typing "sex.com" to see what comes up because it one of the 10 english words they know.
