I am not saying there is anything wrong with this video. I am saying in the eyes of the law this could very well be CP.
I have presented you with facts, I have also presented you with questions that you cannot answer that would make any reasonable Adult Webmaster wonder if they should have this material on the same hard drive as their porn image/video sets, or whether or not they should share this video with friends on porn boards.
