I will contact them today.
They owe us around $7k however there is not much we can do, even if we sue them it will cost an absolute min. of $10k retainer plus for us they are out of state so we would probably have to hire an attorney in their state. Once you throw in the governments involvement it just does not make sense for us to take that route.
