Yes thank you professor. I understand that porn is protected by the 1st amendment.
But let's cut the shit. Performers in porn arent acting. They're fucking. And they're getting paid to fuck. Same as a prostitute. You put a camera on the former and its protected by the first amendment.
Shouldnt even be an issue as prostitution should be legal but that's a thread for another time.
