this is a sharp contract to the previous statement where they merely said that they are workin to get our funds out or smth like that. That could mean that progress has been made since last statement and now they are more positive about visas working again.
sure, if we chose not believe anything they say then no real news but in this way we can question any of their statements..so i think it is better to believe, at least positive news is coming out..
