He exercised his right to free speech...he wasn't arrested for it...he also knew about the code of ethics that were part of his job and still exercised his right to free speech...good for him. By the way, we all have freedom of speech and we also have to understand that by exercising that right, we might piss someone off, someone who signs our paychecks.

I'm one of the biggest supporters of free speech there is, but I'm also realistic that when we exercise that right, we just might upset someone with what we've said.

If he was one of those "crazy arabs" burning an american flag and got fired for it, would you still feel the same way?
