Well you can make your site update your twitter automatically so each day you add content those content will be post on twitter like i said automatically.
Now if is for adult site that's the only way you can do that to get traffic from twitter and hope they buy a membership from your site, but that's the thing updating your site = updating your twitter so it will grow day by day.
Now if you are in mainstream, you can signup on
http://revtwt.com/ and they add some ads i think 3 per account per day, and i think the max twitter accounts you can have are 10 and each account need to have minimum 50 followers i think, after that you can make some revenue from there hope it help
