The fact that we are trying to unload anything from our wallet is false. We requested a wire earlier this week for our wallet money, no need to "unload" it.
TopBucks held all payments until the 10th of September. We notified our WMs via email as well this was posted within the TopBucks accounts on the main page:

As many of you know, Visa International has suspended ePassporte's banking partner's (St. Kitts Nevis Anguilla National Bank) Visa program. Due to this situation, you will be unable to withdraw your ePassporte funds with your Visa Card. Until this situation is resolved, we are offering our webmasters the following options for the pay period of August 16-31, 2010.
1. You can choose to wait until the situation between ePassporte and Visa is resolved. Your money will remain in your account and we will execute a transfer of funds when the issue between ePassporte and Visa is successfully resolved.
2. We can offer you an alternative payment method. The options we can offer are:
- Direct Deposit (for U.S. Bank Accounts only)
- Wire
- Check
If you choose to select an alternate payment method, please login to your TopBucks account immediately and edit your payment details.
For this payout (Aug 16-31), we will use the same minimums regardless of the method of payment you choose. After this payout, the minimum payout will revert back to the standard minimum per transaction type. After changing your payment details, please email
[email protected] to confirm your change. Please note we are delaying ePassporte webmasters payouts until September 10, 2010 to all these webmasters time to make these changes.

I'm sorry you had money sent to your ePass account, however there were many other WMs that still wanted to receive their funds this way. We try to make as many options available to our WMs and with that, we will continue to offer ePass. We are also working on integrating Payoneer.
