Obviously not. Due to ePass staying quiet, the first chance everyone has, 98% of ePassporte's liquidity will vanish within 24 hours. Maybe staying quiet wasn't a great business decision.
ePass is currently managing say $15 million dollars of other people's money. If that money gets frozen, staying quiet is about the worst thing you can do.
Just imagine if an investment company such as Edward Jones pulled the same stunt. $15 million frozen, drop a quick note to apologize to everyone. Then stay completely silent for a week, then release a statement saying you're working on it, and the funds are in motion. Just imagine... it'd be on the front page of CNN for weeks.
