Ofcourse it's questionable behaviour. The point of recips is that tgps posting the galleries get some fresh traffic in exchange for theirs. Now, if you put up a recip to your tgp that doesn't send traffic, you are leeching their traffic without sending anything back.
Why the hell would a tgp send traffic to the competition without getting anything in return?
