so when he originally posted this thread 4tube was 100% legal and now it isn't?

i see 20+ minute videos on there - doesn't mean they aren't legit though, most content guys will sell to tube sites out of desperation and brokers - well a broker just needs a sale - so they will turn a blind eye to customers who are going to break the usage terms of the license.
