The problem is that there is no international Automated Clearing House (ACH) for direct deposit/withdraw (debit/credit) of bank accounts internationally like within the United States.
So, for Internet Affiliate payment, Affiliates being located world wide, the transfer of monies is dependent on a myriad of both national banking regulations and each bank's own policies.
If you could somehow connect each bank's Internet banking system through some international clearing house, as most banks now offer Internet banking ? the difficulties in sending/receiving Internet Affiliate payments would dissipate ? so would the bank fees earned.
A lot of this problem is caused by governmental regulation, "know your customer (money laundering, tax enforcement and other objectives)." These objectives become obstacles to legitimate commerce and in doing to are restrictive of economic growth too.
At ACWM and XloveCam we pay out by wire free with a 100 ? minimum.
