I have actually talked with Chris (chriStop on ICQ) about his script. I have decided not do start a tgp, not because of the problems mentioned by George. But because their are too many tgp's in the first place.
I do not see who is at fault here, I see faults on both sides. First of all <u>No Matter What</u> in customer support the customer's problems ALWAYS need to be resolved! It seems George had described problems above and beyond expectations, and Chris of TGPXS had not addressed the reasonable problems within the first given email.
I think the script should simply be reinstalled and address whatever problems in a fresh install. If problems cannot be resolved then George should be given a refund, and he can do business elsewhere.
I almost bought TGPXS, I still would even with the problems George addressed. I see a conflict between these two, its just one of those unfortunate business practices.
