The typical profile is of one of these guys is that they keep joining the same site over and over again possibly with stolen cc numbers. They tend to seek out free trials because they don?t want the charge to show up on their billing statement. Even if they aren?t joining with stolen CCs they will never retain and if they accidently forget to cancel they will chargeback because the whole idea for them is they don?t want the charge to appear on the statement. So basically you?re dealing with a guy that doesn?t want his wife to find out, or a teenager using mommy and daddy?s cc number, or simply a carder using the link as a test bed for his collection of stolen credit card numbers. Since your sponsor is reading the thread ask them for the IP of the guy causing the problem and ban them from your site. (assuming this is the case)

Of course this simply may be a case of your account not being profitable, them not knowing you and not knowing where your traffic is coming from.

I dont ban non-profit accounts
I would be in touch with the webmaster and work something out or maybe even better get with business development working things out on our end....

I shall wait for the thread starter to get in touch before doing anything
