There's a thread somewhere here where user asked sponsor X if he can get paid from them using payoneer on card he got from sponsor Y. The answer was NO, because the acct was from sponsor X and not sponsor Y..

SO.. how does this payoneer work if payout can only be from single program?

Is this single program limit still applicable if I sign up for my own card instead of via cash program?
