Obama didn't send "attack dogs". He is asking, nicely, that the Pastor not carry out his plan because it will put soldiers and other Americans around the world in jeopardy. You clearly didn't even read the article you linked to in your post.
Hate Pastor Jones all you want, his right to free speech and freedom of expression is protected by the US constitution. No doubt that lawmakers will find a way to stop him on something like Disturbing the peace, but if they do it will be a very long court battle with many challenges. Obama knows this. You on the other hand seem to know nothing at all except your own hatred for man. Maybe if you would watch all of the news outlets instead of Faux News, and read multiple news items from multiple sources on BOTH sides of the political fence, you might learn a little more.
