I just ate a veal chop wrapped with applewood smoked bacon, sauteed potato, bietola and black pepper vermouth sauce at Cicada on 617 South Olive Street, LA and parked inside a handicapped zone outside the place... I tipped my waiter a hundie for good service, and also high fived a cop outside the place as I was walking to my car.
Sucks for you man, I hope you can somehow scrounge up that extra $10 + epass to pay that fine...
