Interesting. I've got TGPXS running on two of my sites now, and I absolutely love it. The few rare times when I
did have problems, they were taken care of immediately. Getting 'support' for this product has
never been an issue for me.
Maybe it's in how you treat people & whether or not you go through the proper channels. That's just my
