Actually - I managed to find out who sent us this money. It's a company called Runcis, a russian e-currency exchanger. I contacted them on ICQ, but sadly it was 'unfortunately impossible' for us to determine where the money originated from.
Oh well. At least I hope I've saved someone some work when they're searching for who ePassporte ID etraffic might be.
