Come on be fair. The owner made a public statement to the cardholders through their epassporte account and said he would update when he had news. That is his chosen medium, not GFY.
He clearly has no news at this point which is not surprising as we have had a weekend and a bank holiday.
I know the lack of news is frustrating, but posts like yours don't help anything. Just be patient and give them a few working days to resolve it.
