Do you generally get piss on yourself at the urinal? I really don't see how this is any different in design than your typical floor reaching urinal. The slightly sloped backing? If you can take a piss as is without getting piss all over yourself, I think you should manage just fine with this design. My concern would be the temptation to piss in the sink...
