thats true, but being angry is not going to speed things up.
what you want and what you expect are two different things.
visa did it for a reason. i suspect they did not do it as they felt like it. i presume they will have a process to follow.
things take time.
to be honest why would anyone keep all there cash in the account unless it was tax evasion.
