I'm sorry if this has already been answered, but
why has this happened? What is the reason for this event to occur? I'm assuming that Visa didn't just one day decide to shut down your program without any warning, what was done in the lead up to these events and, more importantly, why were no steps taken by ePassporte to prevent as much damage as possible?
This is the question that I'd like answered, and I'd like it answered as in-depth as possible. What reason does anyone have to trust ePassporte from now on? Or was this something that you couldn't have prevented at all?
