i use best payment solutions for both my adult and mainstream operations, i've used them for 8 years now for adult. netbilling hooked me up with them back then, i believe it was $100 and checking my credit, some paperwork, which was no big deal. business checking account required. all subsequent merchant accounts i've gotten through them have not cost anything, not as much paperwork and the approval was based on my outstanding transacting record i've had with them.
i will also add that i originally tried to get subsequent merch accounts via netbilling and they dropped the ball each and every time. don't get me wrong though, netbilling has always been there as my gateway, but their sales crew not so much.
