That's correct. What I stated was: "The cards were,

I did
not definitively say the cards were canceled nor the relationship terminated - I don't know the status any more than anyone else here other than ePassporte insiders. However,
all indications point in that direction ...
How often does VISA suspend a merchant relationship, including suspending all cards, of the size of ePassporte, and then later restore the cards / resume the relationship? Likely close to never? If it quacks like a duck, it likely is a duck ... hence, most likely the cards are canceled and the relationship terminated.
