I don't know I'm just throwing it out there, I don't know the man personally. But that's likely how I'd feel if I were in his shoes right now. I'd probably be thinking my time was better spent trying to fix the problem rather than wasting the precious hours it would take trying to quell the backlash over the inevitable 20+ pages the thread would quickly grow to. In other words he'd get shredded and he and everyone else knows it.

It's not like he can possibly fix anything over labour day weekend if it's on Visa's end anyways, hense why the earliest we will know ANYTHING is tuesday. I'm sure he could take a few moments out of his saturday, sunday, or monday to do a bit of damage control. Sure, having michael is nice and all but the owner of the company saying something shows he personally cares about it...
