I believe the site is different from all of the above. It's two way acknowledgement only, profiles are publicized only within your network, the chain of acquaintance is explicit, the pre-existing networks are real. It's purposeful. There are other distinctions. I'm not really interested in convincing people who say "same old shit under the sun" and "convince me or shut up". People who do this... ah nevermind. It's just annoying.
Forget it.
