I think that when this all calms down we will all be supplying ID, utility bills/banking and it will all need to match and the funds should, hopefully, be released after that but doubt it will be quick.
I hope what you learned that the money is on the visa cards is read by the Visa geniuses, banking gurus and the rest who seem to want to inflame a truly bad situation into something far worse.
