That's my point, they could make alot more money just by adding premium listings to a few more metro areas. Doing this would give them additional multi million dollar streams of revenue w/o damaging the integrity of the company and keeping the majority of their services free... but they don't.
I know a swing site owner that's about to lose his house because he'd rather "keep it real" than keep it profitable. Shit is rediculous.
